1. Can I place an order? Will Nuoto Mania Shop deliver the package?

Yes, Nuoto Mania Shop is continuing to serve its customers. You can check the updated delivery times for your order by tracing the tracking code on the website of the courier that we sent you via email during shipping. When selecting an address for your delivery, keep in mind that some companies and services may be closed and may not be able to receive deliveries.

2. Could delivery times be longer than usual?

To serve our customers and at the same time ensure employee safety, we have given priority to the supplies and deliveries of products that are of utmost importance to our customers. In addition, some couriers may experience delays in distribution. For this reason, delivery times longer than usual may be expected for some products. You can check the updated delivery times on the detail pages of each product.

3. Can I return a product?

Yes, you can continue making returns. To make a return, visit the Return product section in your customer account on Nuoto Mania Shop and click on "Return or replace items" by selecting the product you wish to return. You can find out more about our policies updated here .

4. Is it safe to receive a parcel from an area where there are cases of COVID-19?

Yes. WHO has stated that the probability that an infected person contaminates the goods is low and that the risk of contracting the new virus from a package that has been moved, transported and exposed to different conditions and temperatures is also low. 5. Can I reduce the contact with the courier when I deliver my package?

Yes. We asked couriers to minimize contact with customers, for example by leaving parcels near the door and walking away to maintain a safe distance. If a verification of your identity is necessary, the courier will do it remotely. If you can't answer the door, you can also choose a safe place where the courier can leave your package. We have in fact asked couriers to respect your delivery preferences whenever possible.

6. What initiatives has Nuoto Mania Shop taken to support customers and employees?

Since the early days of this situation, we have worked closely with health authorities to proactively address this emergency, continuing to guarantee our customer service while preserving the health and safety of all our employees. We have made protective devices, such as masks, available to our employees and collaborators, and we are carrying out temperature checks for staff in all our operating locations around the world. The use of disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizers is already foreseen throughout our operating network and the procurement managers have worked tirelessly to find new sources of supply in order to keep the availability of these products constant.
