wetsuit is not enough to swim freely in the sea or in the lakes. When the water temperature drops below 22° C, it is recommended to wear an neoprene open water swimming cap that can reduce heat loss from the head. During the swim, in order to avoid being run over by the boats, a safety buoy is required which visually highlights the swimmer in the water. Finally, consider the use of anti-chafing balms and protective ointments when wearing the suit, to avoid abrasions in the armpit, neck and groin areas.
