wetsuit is not enough to swim freely in the sea or in the lakes. When the water temperature drops below 22° C, it is recommended to wear an neoprene open water swimming cap that can reduce heat loss from the head. During the swim, in order to avoid being run over by the boats, a safety buoy is required which visually highlights the swimmer in the water. Finally, consider the use of anti-chafing balms and protective ointments when wearing the suit, to avoid abrasions in the armpit, neck and groin areas. In this case, the vaseline that ruins the suit must be absolutely avoided.
