Il prodotto eccellente lo consiglio a chiunque voglia migliorare la capacità respiratoria. Come indicato non si hanno immediati riscontri, ma solo dopo qualche tempo. Si deve utilizzare almeno 2 volte al giorno bastano veramente pochi minuti. Facile da portare e utilizzare. Consigliato non solo per lo sport ma anche per tutte quelle persone che devono effettuare esercizi respiratori anche post operazioni. Purtroppo manca una custodia.Consegna rapida, e precisa.Non potevo chiedere di megliograzie
