The Swim Keel is a multifunctional tool and can serve six types of training: to develop the movement of the legs in the butterfly style, such as stable pullbuoy, as unstable pullbuoy (to support even more the sides of experienced swimmers), as a table for the rehabilitation, to develop the legs in the practice of the back and as an aid for finned swimming training.

Features Swim Keel Arena:

  • its technical characteristics allow to keep the body well aligned and with a correct posture in the water, an ideal function for swimming in butterfly style and for rehabilitation;
  • perfect for use combined with the "Powerfins" half-fins, which allow you to take full advantage of it even in the toughest training sessions;
  • can help any type of swimmer thanks to its numerous applications;
  • with the Swim Keel you can both take care of the head and shoulder position (if used as a stable or unstable pullbuoy). Head too high or too low affects the position of the pelvis and legs and this can increase resistance to water;
  • it can be used as a tool to learn or improve a dolphin's gamble;
  • used as a board to work on the legs, used to increase your speed and focus on the development of strength.
